We offer an array of benefits for your health, well-being and security. In addition to competitive salaries, our compensation program includes equity, annual incentives and paid time off.
We offer three medical plans that keep cost and choice in mind while providing an array of services that help you and your families achieve and maintain optimal health. Benefits start on the first of the month following hire. All medical plans include prescription benefits and all contributions are pre-tax. Regular full-time employees working a minimum of 30 hours/week are eligible to participate as well as eligible family members including a legal spouse/state registered domestic partner and/or children.
Delta Dental PPO allows you to see the dentist of your choice. For additional benefit enhancements there are in-network providers available to help you maximize your benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
A VSP Doctor provides personalized care that focuses on keeping you and your eyes healthy year after year. This includes an eye examination & prescription lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
Surrozen offers Basic Life and AD&D coverage equal to one times your annual earnings up to a maximum of $400,000. Amounts up to $210,000 are considered guarantee issue.
You may buy additional Life and AD&D coverage for yourself, your spouse, and your children at group rates.
This benefit is offset by California State Disability. The benefit equals 60% of your base weekly earnings up to a maximum of $2,500 per week after a 7-day waiting period. Benefits last for a maximum of 12 weeks.

Located in South San Francisco known as “The Birthplace of Biotechnology”, The Cove at Oyster Point is among the newest campuses in the area. Conveniently situated on the flat land east of Bayshore Freeway (US-101), commute options include Caltrain, BART and SamTrans. There is ample parking and affordable EV Chargers for tenants. The Cove is accessible to the entire Bay Area.
